To make a long, upsetting story short, in 5 nights and 4 days, we got our room cleaned "once." I should also point out that there was a blue pill and a dime under one armchair that was still there after the only cleaning we got. You send a message to the number that's printed on a sign they leave in your room.Ī few hours later, you sent it before noon, they send a text back saying you have to go to a link and answer a nonsense questionnaire to get your room cleaned. Then, you find out, maybe, after the first day your room hasn't been cleaned, that you need to make an appointment before noon a day in advanced. You check in and you are not told about the ridiculous rip-off rules that "apply " to the room- cleaning. It's a very important event and stay in groups of many at one hotel.
